Account & Data Deletion
Under Google Play Store policies and international data privacy regulations (GDPR & CCPA), all
PicsTools users have the right to permanently delete their account credentials, user profiles,
and associated cloud synchronization data.
If you currently have the PicsTools app installed on your phone, you can delete your account
immediately in under 10 seconds:
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Open the PicsTools app on your device.
- Tap the Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap Privacy Policy.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap the red button: DELETE ACCOUNT & CLOUD DATA.
- Choose whether you wish to also delete local photos on this device (optional checkbox).
- Tap Delete Account to confirm.
What happens immediately: Your user document in Firebase Firestore is erased, your Google/Email
authorization session is revoked, your Firebase account is permanently deleted, and the app resets to a guest
session.
If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access your mobile device, submit your account
deletion request using the form below:

process manual requests within 48 hours.
