Terms of Service

You retain complete, exclusive ownership of all images, documents, photos, and signatures that you import, process, or export using PicsTools.

• PicsTools executes all image editing, neural background removal, compression, and format conversions locally on your mobile device.
• We do not claim any intellectual property rights, licenses, or copyrights over your photos.
• Your photos are never used by us to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark any public or private artificial intelligence algorithms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PicsTools on your compatible mobile devices for personal or commercial creative purposes.

• You may use output images generated by PicsTools for both personal and commercial projects without paying royalties.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract proprietary on-device model weights or algorithms without prior written consent.

PicsTools provides an optional Pro Upgrade that unlocks ad-free editing, unlimited batch processing, and high-fidelity output features:

• Billing: All payments, subscriptions, and renewals are handled directly through Google Play Billing (for Android) or Apple App Store In-App Purchases (for iOS). We do not collect or store your billing credentials.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Google Play's standard refund policies. You may request a refund directly through your Google Play Store account order history.
• Restoration: You can restore existing active Pro purchases at any time using the "Restore Purchases" button on the paywall screen.

If you choose to register an account for optional multi-device history synchronization:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You agree not to exploit account creation or deletion through automated scripts, bots, or repetitive cycling loops.
• Account deletion is protected by a 24-hour security cooldown to prevent system abuse and safeguard cloud infrastructure.

PicsTools is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While our on-device tools are engineered for maximum fidelity and lossless preservation, we cannot guarantee that the software will be completely error-free or uninterrupted across every Android/iOS device hardware profile.

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, corrupted files, or hardware incompatibility. We strongly recommend maintaining backups of critical original photos.
